Keep bookmarks bar folders open after editing or dragging entries to reorder

It would be an enormous step forward if it was made possible to reorder (or edit) bookmarks within a bookmarks bar folder without the folder immediately closing afterwards. IMO this is the main reason why Firefox and other Gecko engine browsers have the advantage over Chromium based ones.

I know it can be done in the Bookmark Panel and Bookmark Manager, but as someone that works from many folders on the bookmarks toolbar, I find it really irritating to have to open something else just to reorder an entry.
