Do you mean your login/webmail or your sync or .. ?
Anyway, try looking under
Settings/Privacy - passwords ?

@DanielArcx The encryption password for your sync account? You can’t. Should you have lost it, you gotta reset your sync account and then pick a new encryption password. As long as you have a Vivaldi installation running that still has all the data this is no issue, because it will just be reuploaded to the server.

@DanielArcx When you reset the remote data you will be able to set a new encryption password. Make sure to back it up.
