12th Is this up in Linux repository? :p

[Linux] Middle-click paste from primary buffer onto webpage fails (VB-72227)
Thank you!
Edit (after update): Yay! It feels so good again!
-
Just a heads up that the bug regarding previews now works on my version of macOS (10.14.6)
[Tabs] Previews not shown on hover (VB-72202)
-
@altcode: Strange, there was no further fix. Maybe you had some kind of failed upgrade last time or a further restart helped. In any case, glad to hear it!
-
@potmeklecbohdan: yeah that one was annoying
-
Finally, we can do this:
Now, if only this was default, we could point users who need to go there to the Tools menu instead of having to copy+paste in
chrome://settings
. And let's be honest, users still need to access the Chromium settings for stuff not covered by the Vivaldi UI. -
@Pathduck Just out of interest.Does changing the chromium flags actually have any effect on the use of vivaldi.?.Sorry if it seems a lame question but i have changed a few flags but never certain if they had an effect.

[New][Configurable menus] Add support for custom links via an “Open link” command (VB-72316)
I might be dense this morning, but I can't find this, where is it? Some more clear explanation would be nice.
-
@Priest72 Depends on what you change.
-
-
I've not yet updated, but i am so pleased to have seen this in the changelog:
[Linux] Middle-click paste from primary buffer onto webpage fails (VB-72227)
It's happy timing, coz after another day today of mmb frustration with that bug, i had told myself that tomorrow i would temporarily revert to Stable til it was fixed. Noice!

@Steffie said in Custom links in menus – Vivaldi Browser snapshot 2059.2:
I've not yet updated, [...]
it's there now sister
-
@iAN-CooG You can also search for "open link" in the commands section to add it that way.
-
@Ruarí Could you guys turn on Indexes in your Nginx server at
https://update.vivaldi.com/update/1.0/relnotes/
?So we could find release notes without having to trawl through lots of Snapshot posts? We could then link it through the Help menu for instance.
Is easy:
autoindex on;
for thelocation
in the conf file (if you're wondering) -
@npro Yes indeedy, but atm i'm trapped by this infernally slow download. It's been running for about 42 years already...
C-mon already!
-
@Steffie crap... did you try
wget http://url --superboost --steal-korean-internet-speed
?put it on suspend
-
@npro Don't be silly. The fastest way is to quantum entangle your hard drive with the server. Everyone knows that
