chrome://flags/#password-import-export. ==> not found import button

I've re-set remote data on password from my desktop Vivaldi.

I've poassword .CSV from my laptop.

How my desktop can use the .CSV file ?
( I tried chrome://flags/#password-import-export. but none of any places I could see IMPORT )

Any other method if I also have in hand a file from my other computer the file LOGIN DATA from Vivaldi ?

Desktop won't sync back all password even my laptops with all password in it.

Hi, sync should sync all passwords to all devices.
You can try to disconnect your desktop from sync, reset sync data from your laptop.
Sync laptop and then the desktop.
I use sync on 5 devices and all have all passwords.

Works like a CHARM and now I have all those password back.

Honestly I'm not convinced using LASSTPASS sort of like add-on as disclosing password to any one is not funny.
