Picture-in-picture doesn't function

Hi Folks,

It seems after latest Vivaldi update Picture-in-Picture doesn't seem to work.

My version of Vivaldi is:

And this is what I get when trying picture-in-picture (white rectangle bottom right):

I did google for possible solutions and searched the forum, but to no avail. May someone please help?

EDIT: It seems the issue has been somehow solved when I moved Vivaldi to the main monitor and turned PIP there - then I moved it back to the previous one, and it still works. Very odd. Any ideas?

Same problem, also google chrome has this problem to for me, so i think it is chrome engine problem.
