Open videos in external player

Add "open videos in external player" (like MX Player, VLC, Samsung Player, etc.) option in Vivaldi menu (currently, Firefox for Android has this option and it may require a browser extension on Firefox for Android on to work). Note that this is not the same feature that some users already requested, which is opening specific websites (facebook, youtube, reddit, instagram, google play) in their own apps.

Hi @kmrni , I would like me too this feature. In the meantime I would suggest you a great app that apply this procedure, and it does with every app in you're smartphone. The app name is Better Open With (from Giorgi D.) and you can find it in Play Store.

(I think opening in external apps should be available for all URLs, not just videos)

Indeed, it would be great. Actually the only way to do this is by using a third-part app, like the one I suggested before, but if Vivaldi Team implement that would be a great visibility for Vivaldi Android browser
