Firefox-style Page Info

Could we get something similar to Firefox's Page Info?
It's an easy way to list stuff like links on the page, cookies, page permissions, forms, media on the page, etc.
-
@Trentie If you click on the padlock icon next to a URL in the address bar you get some options. Is that what you're asking for?
-
@LonM Ah, nice. Kind of, but with more information. It's really handy to be able to get a list of all the media on a page. For example, the media tab on Firefox's page info for google.com looks like this:
-
I miss that from my Cyberfox days.
It's still possible but not as easy (as far as I know).
To do it now we need to enable developer mode here chrome://flags/#debug-packed-apps
After a restart we can right click on any page as we now have an
inspect
option.Then navigate to
Sources
and sift through themRight clicking on image will give us options to open in a new page or to save them.
But it is a bit of a hassle and I would welcome Mozilla's approach

@Trentie I see. We already have some similar requests. Do they match what you're after:
Page info panel: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/24247
Resource Sniffer: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/24665/resource-sniffer

@sjudenim You don't need to turn this flag on to inspect normal webpages, just the vivaldi UI.
-
@LonM More or less. I seem to have missed those searching.
Anyway, the more information the better. And yes, I know we can get most of this with developer tools, but it's quick and easy with page info.

OmniWeb developed when 20 years ago bah
Did all this stuff way better IMO, all this info was available in a sheet that displayed int he browser window from the bottom for each page. All the controls and preferences can be set per site or per page that is displayed, It's saved in a database. Customise every site you visit as per your specifications, yet developers choose to spend their way adding icons and themes as priorities over practical functionality features ....
