Browse with full color: Vivaldi browser enables Razer Chroma

@Shaga I agree, it's a very good move. If you can attract PC gamers (who usuall know a thing or 2 more about PCs, upgrading hardware, tweaking settings for performance, overclocking etc and many are hardware enthusiasts too) then your user pool will suddenly rise exponentially. That's why I think more hardware must be supported, SteelSeries, Roccat, Corsair, at least, i think these 4 (Razer included) are the most popular.
-
Well I use mostly Corsair keyboards and mice now but it's not set in stone. Probably Logitech mouse next but support for Logitech and Corsair would be big. Logitech perhaps the bigger one.
If you want to sell this idea to some regular people. It's easy to say your browser is blue on facebook and so is your pc setup while you are there.
It's quite nice idea. Haven't experienced it yet as I switched away from Razer.

I really can't get very excited about this new "feature", since it is just as likely to open doors to future security issues and bugs. But I am quite certain that die-hard gamers and other basement dwellers will simply love it.

@npro
Hope to see this feature in future too! -
Please bring support for Asus Aura too!
-
Great to see another update. The RGB integration doesn't really appeal to me personally, but can see it attracting a new wave of users, which is only a good thing.
Like that I can edit the speeddial size - am I supposed to be able to mix & match sizes? Or do I have to pick a size and stick with it?

I can honestly say improvements like this haven't ever happend without that much of a worry. I have been working as an IT person about 20 years, will never work again. For sure. Done other work too but I mean I have seen developments closeby and this is good. The point being no worry and we just do our own shit and keep browser updated :p
Just sad I can't get any money of this. I still mine so I have ways for some extra but not like this
-
What is the purpose of adding RGB?

After the update, I have all the default bookmarks and speed dials back. I can delete them, but I hope it will not be a permanent issue, because it was one of the deal breakers for me with Opera too.
I confirm this.

After this update, whatsapp web isn't working anymore. It says it needs Chrome 36+ to work. Any idea?
-
@reddy-shyam: Same problem here. It worked on 2.4.

@Helderjfl, thanks for confirming. I am using the below extention as a work around.

If anyone is still struggling with search/address field dropdown cursor movement, they bug if any lock key (num lock, caps lock, scroll lock) are active,
Confirmed on 2.5 snapshot and 2.5 stable. I've updated the bugreports with this new finding. -

-

I've been posting about this is in the last few snapshots.
After going all out to destroy all new bookmark folders on all Vivaldi installs on all my machines - I've now settled down to just deleting them whenever I notice them reappear. They seem to stay deleted for a couple of days each time now, so not such a big deal (before my rampage I literally could not get rid of them).

Thanks for the update but this is first time it happened to me. As you said, as long as user bookmarks are retained while adding extra, no harm done. I do take backups of bookmarks from time to time to be safe though.

@Para-Noid
I am not that indulgent with this issue. If it is a bug, I can understand. It will be fixed, and forgotten. However, if it is intentional, than it's called spamming. Especially without any official notice.I could tolerate some kind of advertisement on the GUI, but not among my bookmarks.
