Visual Bookmarks manager view option for vivaldi://bookmarks

Would it be possible to implement a more visual bookmarks manager toggleable view option in vivaldi://bookmarks, similar to Opera's current bookmarks manager or like Windows' "Medium/Large icons" view vs. the current "Details" view? Emphasis on toggleable, so that the user can switch between views to manage their bookmarks. Perhaps by porting the code used for the Speed Dial to bookmarks?
