Allow Low-res Screenshots

It would be nice to have a checkbox in the capture tool to select if the image should be in low-res (Skitch for mac has this feature). I guess it could just be resized to half the size automatically if the checkbox is enabled.
Hi-dpi monitors create huge images when capturing pages or regions, which is not ideal when sharing them in chats or social media as a quick reference.

I think there needs to be some control to define how much to resize screenshots. There are a lot of different monitor resolutions that might be called High Resolution from 1600x1200 upwards. Then users can have their monitor set to portrait too.
Half size won't suit all users. Perhaps a simple field "Resize width to" ?

Considering the most frequent use case (you want to share your screenshot as quickly as possible through Skype or other similar apps, perhaps a predefined maximum size (the number of dots in each direction) may be a good choice.
You take a screenshot on Vivaldi. If the actual size is larger than the predefined maximum, Vivaldi would automatically resize it---something like this.
