Automatically open bookmark folder on mouseover if a bookmark folder was opened before

It would be great if a bookmark folder is being automatically expanded as soon as you hover over it and you opened a folder before. If the user clicks again on the bookmark folder it closes itself and the automatic expansion is disabled til you click on a folder again. The bookmark folders of Firefox and Chrome behave like that so you're able to switch fluently between bookmark folders.
