Include notes browser / editor in mobile version

Old (Java / MIDP) Opera Mobile was so convenient because of access to all of the notes...

This is vital. I can live with using another mobile browser - hey all have bookmarks, etc., but no other browser will ever have access to Vivaldi notes.

BTW some Android apps (like for example MyPhoneExplorer) handle stuff like this by registering multiple launcher activities.

This is not so stupid solution
