Multiple Window Management in Window Panel

Re: "Move tabs to..." option for Windows Manager

You'd think after a couple years I'd be used to it, but still to this day when I open the Window panel I think of it as a Windows panel. I want to have each window listed, where I can drag tabs across Windows.

For now I use Tabli as a Tab/Window manager which works, but I'd love to see more of that functionality integrated into the panel, including the ability to save window/tab groups.
