Make Mouse Wheel Scrolling Horizontal in Vertical Reading Mode

In vertical reading mode, there is basically next to no need for vertical scrolling. So I think it would be much more useful if scrolling the mouse wheel scrolls the page horizontally in vertical reading mode. Thank you.
