Navigating address bar items with Ctrl+N/P

One feature of Chrome I find extremely useful is using Ctrl+P and Ctrl+N to go up and down in the list of address bar items. Is this possible to add to Vivaldi somehow?

@simonsmith That's what the up and down arrows do. Currently you can't set a custom shortcut for these – would have to be implemented by the Vivaldi devs. You can write a feature request.
