Button to put Pop-ups Back into Tabs

Sometimes having a popups in popups is useful, sometimes it's nice to be able to put them back into tabs (To do this rn you have to copy and paste the link into a tab which is annoying and also "reloads" /resets the page)

On the contrary, you should be able to move the tab in the windows panel, though you'll probably have to close the now-empty pop-up window

Well, looks like that's not working in the Snapshot build.
