Separate Closed Windows from Closed tab list

Always keep last 3 closed windows in the recovery list, & only remove the oldest closed tabs when item have exceeded limit. The advantage of this design is it will allow us to recover last few closed windows regardless of how many tab we have closed.

Example: Sometimes we closed window by accident (while close tab) without realizing it until it's too late to recover the closed window - because we have closed too many tabs. This proposed design will prevent human error causing unrecoverable lost.

Example 2: Allow user to recover last 3 closed window from previous session, or even a few session before regardless of number of closed tab.
