Windows 10 Notifications (Action Center)

Please offer the choice for users to have notifications be issued through Windows rather than Chrome-style.
Windows 8 and 10 offer tools for users' system management, such as the Action Center and (unrelated to this request) People Hub.
And they'd be useful... if developers weren't so obsessed with subverting them. It's really irritating to see every other notification be pure white instead of my chosen Windows theme color, blue. It's annoying to miss a Chrome notification, whether in Chrome or Vivaldi, and not be able to hit Win+A and find it. It's infuriating to know that system resources are being wasted on reimplementing a system feature that already works just fine and in at least some ways better than the reimplementation.
