I Installed vivaldi on my mac-PC recently but found no extensions (and no panels etc.).
However, I have a lot of extensions on my win-PC.

Does "all the data" include the extensions?

Had to reinstall Vivaldi recently and was frustrated that my web panels didn't come over.

Microsoft Edge handled it just fine.

Everything was backed up to my Vivaldi profile except for my web panels.

I'm referring about the Local System Profile folder on your computer.

There, the Panels can be exported/imported from the Preferences file.
