@luetage the picture you show is completely different case, that IS stealing XD had he taken it making sure it's something that he is allowed to modify (either fair use, website allows it or creator agrees) and done so to create something new then he would be the creator, in that case goes quite hand in hand with my case. Of course I did not create the image from scratch... I doubt many people do so for speeddials.
"can't take credit someone else's design" you're telling me I took my version of the speeddial from somewhere without consent or did not modified it in someway to be different from the original product. Fine I'll credit Hentai-Foundry for their logo? 😂
