That, and there's also the fact that snapshots don't get terribly close attention as to which strings are or are not translated while, in theory, that is monitored more closely for Stable versions.

please, DO REPORT IT as a bug since it's not our (translators) fault but Devs are indeed "lazy“ to transfer chromium strings into Vivaldi translation platform thus we (translators) can't translate it.
PS: pt-br has been 100% complete. Strings you mentioned has not been added to our platform yet.
Again. REPORT IT! ALL OF YOU. They need to see how Vivaldi looks bad in other than English lng… I totally agree and trust me – we (translators) are pinging them all the time but we need a background force (you – other users) to make it real. -
Pressing simultaneously Alt-+Shift (as I 'm use to since I started writing in a pc) to change my keyboard's language, the Vivaldi button menu drops down up left. The cursor freezes and I have to mouse click to close the menu and keep writing.

Yes, translators do volunteer.
But I know a few people which are really focusing on these small things and incomplete translations (caused by chromium strings) really bother them. On top of that, I am one of these guys… -
I don't see any benefit of it popping up, after all, if you wanted to search for something else you would use Ctrl F (or "/" if you're an Opera 12.17 user).
The only real problem is that it displaces the page, and has to be closed when you're done with searching.
I think it is definitely a bug, so I have reported it.

Actually, if you press Alt+Shift simultaneously, nothing should happen. If you press Shift first, then Alt, you should see the menu. If you press Alt first, then shift you won't.

My experience for many years was that holding Alt down while pressing Shift simply switched keyboards without going through the menu. As it happens, only a couple of days ago I discovered that I could use UK English with UK Extended keyboard (this was tucked away at the bottom of the list, of course, where I never thought of looking…). This also works perfectly for Dutch, so I no longer need to switch and have only the one keyboard installed. All of this is irrelevant, I know. Sorry!

Can you make it so Vivaldi has a unique name in its tile? Right now title consist only of the current web site viewed title. This means I can't use ZMover to automatically adjust Vivaldis Window.

I 've just found out this: Pressing the Alt key ALONE and releasing it shows me the Vivaldi menu ALWAYS ,either all keyboard shortcuts are disabled or single key shortcuts are disabled. I find this a bit weird.
Pressing at once Alt+Shift shows the menu very often but not always.Holding down Alt +Shift a bit more than usual before releasing them solves my problem. -
I'm trying for the second time Vivaldi on my Mac, running OSX 10.11.5. It's now really more stable. I want to report 3 bugs. First sometimes I can see my desktop through the window between the first tab and the bar. Then, when I close the window but let the app open, sometimes while it reopens the windows enlarges. Finally I cannot open in Vivaldi the emoji window that opens with a personalizable keyboard shortcut.

ffmpeg with linux mint not working again, I got tired, and added it to LD_BIBRARY_PATH. Now it'll never break.
Actually it broke right after it was fixed. But your fix was even worse than mine (adding a second version to check, really?), so it wasn't worth to keep anyway.
Btw: You guys need an actual public bugtracker, not just a forum. I'm a programmer, and even I don't care enough to "properly" report this bug a second time.

Move, all pages at once ?:idea: For example, if you compares the parameters of mobile phones and the like.
