Native Alpha inspired rich PWAs

I have been using PWAs over native apps recently and would like to see the functionality expanded a bit. Specifically I would like the ability to turn a webpage into a sandboxed borderless web app running in Vivaldi. I was enjoying the app Native Alpha which does a similar thing, but it is missing support for haptics and notifications, as well as running in the android system webview (which is chrome, yikes!).
