Creating a Mail command chain

I am on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE). I am trying to set up a command chain that brings up the Mail panel and focuses on it.
I have the mail panel tab pinned on the left:
This is the command chain I have created but it does not work:
In addition, the Mail panel and Feeds panel are a shared panel. I would like to set up something similar for Feeds, but it does not feature among the various commands.
