Make Tabs on the side "Treestyle"

Please please do this!
Make it so it functions like the TreestyleTab addon for Firefox.
I know you can do it, please do it.
All of the Chrome extensions that do it are horrible.
You already have things like it with the Accordion and two row stacks options.. please please add this.
