@gkodkod Unfortunately, I am not able to see any updates to the bug you submitted earlier.

@gkodkod Did you reply to the email you received from Stein, and attached the dumps to that reply email?
I cannot see that the logs have arrived at the bug report.
Make sure that you don't send too many reports in the same email, many email servers don't like emails with dozens of megabytes of attachments. And just a couple of the newest ones should be sufficient.
-
@yngve Yes, I did and will resend them again, just in case. Please confirm receipt. Thank you again so very kindly !!!

@gkodkod Unfortunately, at present no files have been received.
I suggest you pick one or two of the most recent crash dumps, and email them without zipping (cab-ing) them.
-
@gkodkod Alternatively, file a new bug (please reference the old), and attach a few crashdumps to the bug as you file it.
-
@gkodkod I suspect that your email service blocks your emails unless you send them as foo.dmp (no name changes, no zipping, no cab-ing), and only one or two files at a time (no need normally to send many)

I rather not start a new bug, as we might loose the whole point of this conversation we already started.
Kindly look into this as it's affecting not just myself.

Awesome @DoctorG. It would be highly appreciated it if a security expert such as @yngve can look at it, as QA or vacation time might not be too helpful, either short term, or long term.
We do want to continue using Vivaldi and not sure why it performs this way.
FYI: I do realize that there can be many variables to this bug or crash, and would not be too easy to analyze. Although, I want you all to know that neither Chrome, Firefox, Brave, or Edge, ever crash on this critical server machine.
Thx again Experts !!!

@gkodkod I know the English alphabet can cause some confusions if your native language or keyboard are not strictly compatible.
To crush means to mash flat, as under a great weight. To crash means to experience an accident or hard failure, to upset or quit working. The word you want to be using is "crash." I have taken the liberty of correcting misspellings.

@Ayespy "Thank you" for the English lesson that was beyond awkward nor related to the technical bugs and CRASHES of the Vivaldi browser. Still unresolved.
Mr. Moderator, to give you a little background on technical customer service manners, the customer is always right, especially when speaking with a tech director in the United States of America who is a native English speaker and writer. There were no corrections required on your part, but thanks anyway for the laugh.
When @Team_Vivaldi is kind enough to assist with this BUG of CRASHES, they know how to email me professionally.

@gkodkod
Hi, independent of your issues with Vivaldi, the US way to handle users with all the smiling and "You are right" nonsense is wrong.
If a user/customer is completely wrong or offensively we say in Europe: Leave my store, or in England > Pi.. off.We are all users here, moderators too and no one here is part of the Vivaldi team except the user have this:
in the user name.
I cant reproduce any crashes but I hope you can get it solved with the bug report and the .dmp files.Cheers, mib

@gkodkod The crashdumps you uploaded are duplicates of your previously reported issue VB-111717.
We believe that issue is fixed in the current Snapshot, but we just realized that at least one of the patches for this issue has not made it into current Stable.
It might be an idea for you to install the current Snaphot (as a Standalone) and see if that fixes your issues.
