I am on linux and vivaldi site detects this an redirects to another page, so on windows it works a bit different.

So maybe try to download deb installer on the same https://vivaldi.com/download/ page

Still works, even changing user agent to Linux and getting the download for DEB suggested.

Try using the Dev.tools. Look what happens when you click the download the second time.

Capture a HAR file and share it.

@sphera Again, this is about Gmail attachments not every failing download you find on the internet.

When I was writing in day , I didn't see gmail in the theme, much less linux, sorry
