@ayespy: yep, finally found the problem. It was installing into "c:Vivaldi" instead of "C:\Vivaldi". Now it WORKS. Thanks for reply.
BTW, still crashing on 6.6 when pressing Help in top menu. Will file a report.

Hi, we have reports about crash open/hover the help menu.
I could reproduce it with 1000+ tabs but not with less than 900 or something.

HeyThe problem applies to all panels. Maybe it's a mac issue? Also happened to me on the snapshot version.
I use many panels - Outlook, Google Calendar, Todoist, Slack, Whatsapp, ChatGPT, Gmail, Keep, Google search, Spotify, ACC Build, and Notion.
I also have sessions panel and downloads panel.I've opened a bug about it but please if there's any way to prioritize it, this is an absolute blocker for me, the panels are an integral part of my workflow.

I use Keep, Slack and Google translate, all fine.
Yes, it is maybe an macOS only issue.
Please add the bug number from the confirmation mail.The developer prioritize reports but there are hundreds of reports and we have all our pet bugs, me too.

Great release with many cool features and fixes! However, please increase the vertical tab width limit! Right now it's at 330 pixels. It is really narrow for modern desktop monitors.

Hi, I hope the developer can fix this and it is not a OOM (Out of Memory) crash.
With 1000+ hibernated tabs I got 700 MB memory usage but maybe the Windows Taskmanager is to slow to show spikes above my 16GB RAM and Vivaldi crash. -
how to turn off dark mode for a specific website?

Open panels are now showing up as tabs in the Sessions panel.
On one hand, I understand why this occurs, but on the other hand, this is polluting the list of tabs in the Sessions panel which I would like to focus on standard non-panel tabs. Perhaps panels could go into a collapsible category so that it doesn't clutter up the view? -

There is an archive but you will break your user profile with downgrade Vivaldi.

I would like the forced dark mode to be deactivated on individual pages, that could be integrated into the corner at the bottom right as hacking via the “side actions” window, or in the URL on the right side with the “bookmark” and “qr-code” functions
