Thank you

@chas4: No. It’s a proper noun and as should should be written with a capital letter in English. All writing style guides except the one from Apple’s marketing department capitalizes proper nouns.

Experiment concluded. Conclusion: It needs more work. It’s hidden (not removed) because we won’t finish it in time for the next two major releases.
Fair enough. And yes from my testing, it definitely needs a little more work, like not having to restart the browser for changing location (at least I had to).
But it was a fun experiment, and one sure to gather some serious attention once it gets properly released
I was already testing some extensions like
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/blending-scrollbar/ajjnokaolfbjimgelmdmdlijoclmjnagThat one is so simple - just CSS - a basic user script in (Tamper/Grease/Violent)Monkey will do the same thing

Just in time for summer holiday-travel season
yep, certainly. just squeezed it in, with only a mere six months to spare. phew, that was a tight one.
-
Since the latest update my search box keeps getting stuck open! Won't close unless I delete the contents...
Just a heads up.
-
@ian-coog: Yes, same here (Win 10 x64).

Glad to hear that VB-98620 is fixed

There is a glitch in the Bookmarksbar.
The entries in Folders seem to be centered, somehow.
-
@Thot I can't reproduce that here, clean profile, Win10.
How do you recreate that issue in a clean profile?
Also possibly OS-related, you're on Mac it looks like - but I doubt it. -

Yes, on a Mac. So it seems Mac-specific. Clean Profile!
-
@Thot Seems to be happening to me as well, but not just on the bookmarks bar, but anything that opens a similar menu like the closed tabs button on the tab bar and long pressing the back/forward buttons.

like the closed tabs button on the tab bar and long pressing the back/forward buttons.
Happens with the >>-Button (Vorlauf) on Adressbar, when long clicking. Then it shows the Edit-Pop-Up for editing the Adressbar.

Anyone seeing some html emails rendered as text? In my case and for one specific sender, all previously html rendered emails are now rendered as text. This is in a windows installation. Didn't check it yet on my linux installation.
-
@jaxtraw Reported as VB-98720

@durtro: What is your Settings: Mail: Mail Rendering setting set to? Any chance you could share a copy of one of the failing message with me? Double-click on one of the message to open it, press Ctrl+S, and attach the resulting .eml file to an email addressed to “da” at this domain (vivaldi.com). Your message may contain personal information. The message will only be used to identify the bug before being deleted.

Panel sidebar keeps appearing every time Vivaldi starts on macOS, even if I hide it with Cmd+Opt+P...
-

@daniel I have Prefer HTML in settings. I saved the eml file and emailed it to you.
Prior to this snapshot the emails rendered just fine.
