Drag Tab from TabBar to Bookmark Panel Moves tab from Tab Stack

Tabs and Tab Stacks are a pain... : (
Recently, when I drag a tab from a Tab Bar Tab Stack to the Bookmarks Panel, it is Removed from the Tab Stack and dropped to a random spot outside of any tabstack and can NOT be dragged back to the original Stack it Was in.
I've tried dragging tab from stack in every direction, hoping to see if Vivaldi thinks I've dragged it out and dropped it somewhere on purpose. But no matter which direction or at what speed I drag it, it ends up in random location after being 'dropped' in bookmarks.
Moving Tabs around in the Tab Bar is almost impossible.
The Window Panel works well and has become the Only way to do it.
I'm not going to go into how Vivaldi just, decides to reorder my Tab Stacks and Tabs within the Stacks on start/restart, seemingly at will. : (

Hi, some user report this but it can be influenced by the speed of stagging setting in Settings > Tabs > Tab Stack Options:
Chrome extensions can cause really strange issues in Vivaldi, I would at least disable all with the terminal command:
--disable-extensionsTo test this.

I have/had drag delay to one tick before 'Long'.
I'll try in middle. I already know 'Short' is unusable for me.
