Cannot sync after reinstall.

After using windows 11 for way too long, I was done with it and went back to windows 10. I saved all I needed and installed windows 10. I deleted everything, including browsers and their data. I checked beforehand that my sync was active and deleted everything. Upon downloading vivaldi on windows 10, I press sync and nothing happens. Not to worry, I copied the entire vivaldi folder before deleting it from my C drive and pasted it in appdata. However then an error came up. The error stated, could not sync, trying again, or something along the lines of that. I closed the browser and opened it again. I checked the sync and there were no more errors, however all my tabs and passwords... Gone... I had thousands and used most of them often. Unfortunately I don't remember most if not almost any of the tabs that I had open, because they were so specific.

@Samoshi Copying data will fail as your Windows versions changed and the encryption key got lost. The encryption is bound to the Windows account and OS version.
On the old Windows, had you fetched the Sync encryption key and made a backup? https://tips.vivaldi.net/tip-149/ and https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/tools/sync/

@DoctorG I have all my passwords, some of my history (somehow only google searches are here no other websites.
I have only lost my workspaces and my tabs.
I have the encryption key. -

Workspaces are not synced yet.
Do you see the tabs in Windows panel or in Sync Trash (window head)?

@DoctorG I see only tabs from after the new install. Pretty much every place I have checked says they don't exist, except vivaldi://sync-internals where it shows that I have 562 sessions. My bookmarks and settings seem to be okay.

@Samoshi Had you activated in older OS in Vivaldi the Sessions Panel in
vivaldi://experiments
page? That saved tabs sessions for many users.
And had you copied the Sessions\ subfolder to your Defauult\ profile folder? -
@DoctorG I tried, unfortunately, I had not enabled the feature prior to downgrading windows and copying any/all of the folders seems to have no effect, except making the workspaces, however it does not populate them with the tabs I had previously. Upon attempting to sync, it just keeps loading and unfortunately not doing anything else after about 30 minutes. It just says initializing Sync...

Do you see any yellow/orange/red entries in vivaldi://sync-internals → About?
And interesting is the tab "Traffic Log" when snyc failed for you. -
@DoctorG Sorry, I attempted, however it was marked as spam and I cannot edit my previous reply. There is not red/orange/yellow entries and in the Traffic log is empty when clicked on.

@Samoshi If "Type Info" is empty you are not logged in in Vivaldi Sync.
Click on the Cloud button in status bar, enter Username and Password to login in Sync and then enter encryption password you have used before. -
@Samoshi Looks like it synced. Sync can take 3-5 minutes until it starts.

@DoctorG Indeed, unfortunately, my workspaces and tabs are gone. I am unsure why that could be, still as stated previously, the trash bin and synced tabs button only show tabs after the reinstall.

They are not synced (not implemented yet).
Sessions and its tabs are locally stored in sub-folder Sessions\ of your browser profile.

@mib2berlin This helped, with the tabs, I have all the tabs from one of my workspaces. I believe that if I can get my workspaces and re-do the process I will be able to get back all my tabs (hopefully), do you know where the workspaces are contained?
@DoctorG I would assume they would implement sync of workspaces and tabs. Unfortunate.
