Two finger swipe on trackpad not triggering the macOS built in History Back and Forward functions
-
Previously, I was able to go back and forward in the tab history by using the macOS built-in two-finger swipe which works across all browsers that I have used, including Vivaldi. However, this no longer works for me and instead, the gesture attempts to horizontally scroll the webpage. I am not sure if this issue is caused by a setting that I changed or if a recent Vivaldi, but I haven't been able to get it working.

@GcWan Same for me. I'm new to Vivaldi, and i love it so far, but discovered the same issue just now, using the trackpad.
Can this "macOS" general gesture be added to Vivaldi, please? -

I have a "similar" issue but mine is weird: The back and forward functionalities are switched!!! A leftward swipe moves you forward and a rightward swipe moves you backward!
The same happens on Chrome and Safari!
If you look at how Safari implements the history navigation, this change kind of makes sense. Imagine you have a deck of cards. The rightward swipe slides the topmost card rightward and reveals what's underneath. You go back the history.
This card image is similar to the iPhone's app history (double click on the home button).
