The error is raised when Vivaldi is launched with

     --disable-features=UserAgentClientHint

command line argument.

The error is raised on both Linux (snapshot) and Windows10 (stable).

I cant reproduce it with Vivaldi 6.0.2979.9, 5.7.2921.68 on Linux, I can not even find this command line argument.
