@atlemo Ah, our next Vivaldian Working Class Hero.
Thanks -
-
I have cloned FF browser toolbar to Vivaldi, i think that's better and easier to control opened tab. Icons are on the left and right side and in the middle i just have address bar, thanks for that, i guess.

Full customization. Great!

@Ruarí
She don´t use the Vivaldi mail client. -
For mail drag-n-drop, when dragging a message in a label's message list to another label, the current label is removed and the new label is applied. That's expected. However, I should be able to hold down ctrl and do the same drag to add the other label instead of swapping them. Would be a nice touch if that was implemented. M2 does that.

@burnout426
Ah, yes. That would be nice to have.Ctrl
rather thanshift
?
If you're in Received/Unread or other folder though you can drag to other folders it won't remove any labels and just add the ones you drag to. -
@Ruarí
Thankfully still some ️ for me from you. Otherwise I'd have to start questioning my life choices -
@mib2berlin I know really but I like to tease!
-
@Ruarí
So just a hero then (since not the working one)? Together you can be...
https://youtu.be/lXgkuM2NhYIOr still holding out for one?

@doctorg: Wait… no love for @GMG? It is ok GMG… I still ️ you!
Her loss if she doesn't use Mail and @gmg always appreciated what you and the other folks are doing constantly improving mail.

Ctrl rather than shift?
Yes. Modeling after M2, which models after Windows Explorer, the ctrl modifier means to copy (as in, copy to another label), and the shift modifier means to move (as in move to another label).
Dragging with no modifier is a move too obviously, so no shift modifier needs to be handled for a move necessarily. But, if I remember correctly, in M2 for example, when dragging a message from one account to another (and in Windows Explorer when dragging from one drive to another or at least an external drive), it would imply a copy instead of a move (to avoid the message getting removed from the source account by default) and you would hold down shift to do an explicit move to that other account instead. I didn't test if Vivaldi Mail does the same thing when dragging to another account, and this wouldn't matter for labels in Vivaldi Mail. Just mentioning it to point out that shift wouldn't normally be used for a copy and ctrl is better for that.

I love waking up to a surprise snapshot!
But didn't we already have custom buttons, like for months already?
Not that I've done much with it - I'm about as creative as a mud brickThe improvements are sure appreciated though, I imagine more creative users will do a lot with it!
From a quick test looks like you've fixed search suggestions, so that's a big improvement for me! It's back to non-aggressive suggestions, and I can press Tab or keydown to select the first one again, which was broken
As for a centered address bar by default - bleugh! - please add an option to have it back as normal. Even though we can edit the spacers out, a lot of users will hate it (like I do) and not understand they can just edit the toolbar.
