Solved Display the download panel/popup in a better way

Currently, I can't see some buttons of the download panel/popup properly.
I launch Vivaldi with --force-device-scale-factor=1 so my screen scale doesn't interfere with the scale I set for Vivaldi. Which is 145%.
Allowing scrolling there would be great, and for the pop up, making it longer or scrollable would work too.

The ability to resize the download popup is now available in Vivaldi 5.2.

Agreeed. I prefer pop-up but there are few issues for me:

1. Actual time remaining can't be seen usually, and I need to open Download panel again for that purpose.
2. Because of the limited size of pop-up, managing download can be annoying when there are mmultiple downloads in a time, lots of scrolling, adjusting handlebar to check specific download's details.
   

Now I have turned off both Download panel and pop-up, using third-party extension to manage download instead.
