i would add i do many other thinga in that area so the code i linled to may not work fully but is a start

I totally agree. Not only I cannot shrink the panel less, it keeps resetting its width when restarting the browser.

Hi, did you set "Separate Width" in context menu of panel header? It store the width setting of a panel.
