Dark mode for error pages and chrome:// setting pages

I have been successfully using extensions to turn webpages into dark mode by changing their colors. But two things extensions cannot handle are, error pages like 505 and 503 pages, as well as chrome://**** setting pages. It would be nice if color option for this pages can be provided as part of theming such that user can avoid seeing a full white page while browsing in the dark.

@c933103 Some chrome pages follow the OS dark theme. Could you provide some screenshot?
(But yeah, several of them could be missing)

@hadden89 I am using an non-up-to-date version of windows, so I don't have OS-level dark mode

Yes,

A toggle in setting is better.

But for now, at least there's at workaround.
