Block autoplay of videos in vivaldi

Now , Vivaldi plays every video in webpages automatically which is not cool because some of us have a limited dataplan and it is also annoying. It will be great if we have a option to stop autoplaying videos like in firefox or edge.

Edge is modified chromium. It's doesn't even support chrome flags like opera

@balachandarsmr well,vivaldi devs have made some good modifications in vivaldi, so may be they can add it in the future.. one can only hope
