chrome://flags/#enable-native-notifications is back and working in this build (also appeared in today's 85 build but it just reverts to default there).

@AltCode confirmed, the setting Show Popup Thumbnails seems always off, checked or not. Show Tab Thumbnails instead works.

Very nice so far. Just 2 remarks,
pop-up thumbnails don't show (reported already), which implies that also Tab Stack Thumbnails Context Menu can't be customized. But I love Trash Can's added functionality now

I think it is fine. If it is too easy to do, people will be losing their changes by accident. As long as we can reset each individual menu, and not all or none, that is fine.

Am I, perchance, the only one who now gets two Vivaldi icons, or shortcuts, in my task bar with this update? If I click on the usual shortcut as well as the now active one I have two Vivaldi browsers open.
By the way, is plural Vivaldi Vivaldis or Vivaldies? -

Typing more than 3 letters in history search field freezes the browser and stops working (hard reset needed).

I have noticed that full history searches are really slow, more than I can remember them. Even on my relatively fast machine (i7 4790k) with a SSD drive it locks up for several seconds, sometimes 10s or more. I can only imagine how it would be on an older slow laptop for instance.
I usually don't notice because I save "only" 3 months of history and only search in the panel within the last week or so.
Did you get a confirmation on VB-72185? Given the number I assume this is something new in 3.3?

What size is your History file in your profile? Mine is about 73MB and haven't really seen a change in this area (not fast, but not that slow).
Not that the size of the History file is necessarily the key. I remember the old problem I found (still exists) when suddenly as of a certain version (circa 1.15), paging through your list of bookmarks was noticeably slow when it used to be all but instant. It turns out that it's not the size of the Bookmarks file but rather the Favicons file, which is why to this day I periodically overwrite it with a smaller version.

Gosh, this new bug is constantly catching me out today. Despite knowing before i updated [via your alert here], AND despite still knowing it post-update, somehow i'm still myriad times moving my pointer into a tab-stack, or otherwise individual tabs, then recoiling at the non-popup.... then minutes later it repeats, d'oh.
