The Pomodoro timer right in your browser
-
The Pomodoro technique is a popular time management technique that requires you to use a timer. Well, we’ve just added a Pomodoro timer in the Vivaldi browser.

@OlgaA The trouble is, I need reminding to set the timer.
-
It should be mentioned that the creator of the method emphasizes to use a mechanical clock and a notebook/sheet of paper to keep track of time and tasks ^^
-
Here are a few suggestions
-Clicking on a past timer should set the time and switch the start button active
-When a countdown is on I can't see how much is left. I don't really need to look at it all the time. Showing the remain in pop-up will suffice
Thank you very much. -
@pesala: Just set a reminder to set the timer...
And then set a reminder to set that timer, and so on
-
@pokemn Mouse right on the clock, then Button Style > Image and text..
Displays a mini analogue clock with no timer, or the time left as a blue hour-long pie-chart.

What if I don't like tomatoes
-
@killchain Think of them as golden apples - that's the literal translation of the word "pomodoro".

There's timers all the way down, man
-
@boruta Just recreate it to suit your own needs. I set the time to 50 minutes instead of 25.

@luetage: Sure. To be honest, I prefer to use Siri to set countdowns for stuff. Works when there's no browser too
-
Interesting. I need test this method. Vivaldi Browser will help me on this
-
@pesala: wow, intense
Could have a reset button for those cases, no? -
@ozoratsubasa Pointless bloat. The couple of presets are just placeholders to show new users how things work.
-
The loading page is slower than before and sometimes clicking dosen't work and youtube's first clicking page is error i have to refresh
-
What is purpose I using this?

@Pubiway If you spend all day at an office desk, as many people do nowadays, there are serious health risks associated with it. Health experts recommend taking frequent breaks to get up from your seat, and just stretch your legs for five minutes.
I spend far too much time sitting, so I suffer from obesity, lymphoedema, high blood-pressure, and I am at risk of diabetes, though as I eat only once a day, that is something I can control by avoiding sweet foods.
The original inventor was more concerned about remaining focused on a task. I find that after two hours at the most, I need to take a break to remain focused, but I often work on a task for six hour or more without taking a break.

very practical and effective technique, especially works in writing, when you can not force yourself to start writing something.
