Bookmarks bar context menu support – Vivaldi Browser snapshot 1483.4

There is a glitch in the menu highlighting (it has been like this "forever"):
Win10x64 Vx64

I have very serious troubles in using my extensions. First of all, the extensions toggle button is present at the top-right position of the address bar whether checked or not in settings-> address bar-> extensions-> extension toggle. Second, the drop-down menu of all extension icons on the address bar cannot be activated unless the extension toggle is pressed and all extensions are shown (visible, hidden, enabled & disabled). I cannot use any extension (i.e. password, ad-block, history etc.) without pressing the extension toggle and without all extension icons shown on the address bar! Has anybody else the same problem?
-
@helsten2: Yes, it is always at the first menu (until i click somewhere else).
-
Please remove the top "scroll banner" if there is nothing to scroll up. Same with the low one if there is nothing more. The context menu there is great, but i would like to see the folder directly unter the bookmarks bar (without the up arrow; like it was before).
The "windows" and "bookmarks" tabs still have the same problem and they use the complete height (screen, not browser window. It goes out of the browser window). So it's not possible to reach the other menu options (horizontal menu enabled).

Does this mean we can right-click on a subfolder now and open all the bookmarks in that subfolder by clicking Open, which we currently can only do via the Web Panel Bookmarks?
Yes, you can do it.

Yes, i can see the problem, too.

@pathduck: It will return shortly. In the mean time, blink's spatnav doesn't need shift to use, just use arrow keys.
-
@altcode: Razer does not have a C++ SDK for Mac, unfortunately.
-
Extensions don't appear to "open" content when there is multiple extensions with the buttons hidden from the toolbar.

@alf5000 I have 6 custom .js and 10 custom .css, I've just readded them after the update and everything is working.
browser.html is reset every update, you have to reapply your mods every time.
Follow the instrucions in the modding forum
https://forum.vivaldi.net/category/52/modificationsstrange, my modification stopped working with v1476.4
I just want the "Find in page" bar (Ctrl+F) at the bottom, that's all. -
Bug nr VB-50768 refers.
-
@alf5000 oh I see
https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/8119/how-to-move-search-in-page-bar-to-the-bottom/17
this is indeed not working, Seems that now it's not called simply ".find-in-page" but ".find-in-page toolbar toolbar-default" -
@gwen-dragon: Issue reference VB-50776
-
@sojiro84: Is vivaldi://flags/#smooth-scrolling enabled? Mine was not, and scrolling was terrible ...
-
With sync I'm occasionally getting a popup saying "failed to log in, click to go to sync settings", but there it says that sync has succeeded. I can't figure out how to reproduce it.
-
@Gwen-Dragon Fixed internally now.
-
@LonM We're aware and working on a fix.

Result of clicking folder in bookmarks bar used to include the option 'Add current tab' (or similar wording). I no longer see this - just folder contents list.
Can't see obvious setting relating to this. Intentional, bug or my configuration?
