- nicePage zoom parameters looks very interesting, and it's great to see the open formats gaining traction.
One suggestion for quick command parameters: Sessions. E.g
open session SESSION_NAME
orsave open tabs as session SESSION_NAME

Judging from the Blog's title it looks like we really need Auto-correct for Edit Boxes

Yay! AV1 that's pretty 1337! Thank you!

Has anybody experienced any unexpected crashes with this release? They are not frequent nor regular and I cannot find a way to reproduce them!
PS It happens - not always - only when closing a (random) tab with the relevant mouse gesture. -
Page Zoom 150 -- searches in Duckduck.go. What am I doing wrong? My UI is in German.
-
@burbuja I would expect "zurücksetzen 150" to be the correct command in German, but that does not work either.
-
@axk: It is faster but only if one uses single-key shortcuts. Vivaldi always aims to provide multiple ways to achieve the same - shortcut, QC action, mouse click, mouse gesture...
Yep, there is an overlap. -
@burbuja in translated UI, english commands seem to not be recognized.
The translated (base) commands on the other hand seem to not support arguments.
Is this intended, a feature for a later time or are we just typing it wong?@pesala for the pure sake of knowledge, since it does not work (either): "Seitenzoom 150"
-
@pesala vergrößern, "zurücksetzen" means something like "set back".
-
@burbuja Try with "Seite zoomen 150"
-
@folgore101 Funktioniert! It works! The command ist not in the list. How did you find it out?
-
@burbuja That's "Reset" in English. I obviously copied the wrong text.
-
@folgore101 so typing it wrong, thanks
Would be interesting if those commands are hard(er) to find in other languages as well… -
@becm It depends on the translation used by the Translators the first time you use them you may have a bit of trouble but using keywords like "page" or "zoom" you should find them.
PS: If you go to Settings, Keyboard, View, should be listed all, only "Zoom page" missing.
