Upload indicator?

Hey guys - so, while the page load bar is cool and generally works really well, I find myself without any indicator for things I'm uploading through backend dashboards for CMS's like Wordpress. For example, when I upload plugins or themes in Chrome, the percentage indicator appears at the bottom left of the Chrome panel. It would be nice to have the same feature in Vivaldi so one is not left staring at the screen wondering.
On that same topic, some sort of loader icon in the tab would also be helpful. While the page load in the address bar kicks into action once the page is returned to the user, there's nothing to indicate that something is happening while waiting for the page request (like the ubiquitous spinner in most every other browser).
