Support Progressive Web App Installation

Chrome already has support for this, hidden behind a flag. However, after enabling the flag vivaldi does not show the appropriate installation banner as chrome suggests:

I initially meant this request for the desktop, but having support for mobile is much more important.

What would be really interesting is if you could install extensions on sites that are installed as PWAs.
I know that goes kind of off-spec, but I don't think any other browser allows this, so it would be a good selling point for Vivaldi.This information may be incorrect, but extensions should still be supported. -
@lonm I think on desktop at least, chrome runs its extensions in the pwa. Not 100% sure, but the three dots in the upper right hand corner of a desktop installed pwa showed extensions last time I checked. All that said, it'd be possible then.

@chriscochrun You might be right, in which case all the more reason for Vivaldi to implement extension support - to keep up capabilities with other browsers
