More power in Quick Commands – Vivaldi Browser snapshot 1328.4

@regnas Not working for me either.
Specs: AMD A10-6800K, 8 Gb on Win 10 64-bit build 17134.320 • Snapshot 2.1.1328.4 (64-bit)
-
@regnas There's work being done on this. Be aware, you may not receive any visual feedback, but if you click on the ReCaptcha box twice, it may actually work. I have two such websites like this right now. In each case, it works, but it doesn't show you that it's working.
-
@ayespy I find that the tick shows if I switch tabs, then back again.
Edit: Also displays the tick if I click on the tab to minimise it, then click on it again to restore it.
-
@pesala Had not tried that.

Hi.
I'm unable to use reCaptcha in this snapshot.
Anyone with the same problem?
Test here: https://patrickhlauke.github.io/recaptcha/it actually didn't work properly the 1st time, I clicked on the checkbox but the next test didn't appear. I then closed the github page, reclicked on the link, Ctrl-F5 to be sure the cache was clear of previous content from it, and then after checking the "I'm not a robot" checkbox, 2 test pictures appeared and when selecting the needed parts, I passed the test. So yeah, there is something wrong but Ctrl-F5 seemed to fix it.

Print not working in SN 1328.4
When I print any page in the latest snapshot, the Print Preview window opens but then it's stuck at the "Loading Preview" animation. I tried the following:
- Opened the same website in Private Window with all Extensions disabled (no change)
- Re-installed SN 1328.4 (no change)
- Print works fine both in Chrome and Edge
Anyone having an idea what might have happened?
Thanks!
-
@regnas No problems here as well
-
@rhk No problem on Linux Mint either.
Tried both Menu and shortcut (Ctrl-P) with this thread in tab (page). -
Hi Folks. Hi Vivaldi - congrats on getting 2.0 out.
I'm looking to become a bit more helpful in future and would like to start submitting bug reports when I find any. I know where to submit them but what I can't find is where the list of open/closed bugs lives so I can check if it's already been reported?
-
@gtlc There is no public bugtracker.
-
@hlehyaric The bug-tracker is closed. You can ask in this thread if you need to, but first see When Will Feature Requests be Implemented? (WIR also applies to bugs).
-
@gtlc The bug tracker is not public. However, if you wish to inquire about status on a bug you know was reported, there is a topic for that.

Awesome... I'm always dreaming of a day where Vivaldi allows to search for text inside all of the open tabs (Using something similar to Apache Lucene or Solr) + RegEx options...
That would give absolute power to those who have 20+ tabs open and want to find that one tab with a sentence like /react.*native.*slow/ !

Alright, good to know. Thanks.

Also, anyone noticed that pinch to zoom is not working in the web panels anymore, it zooms the regular web page behind it instead. It used to work fine before.
Maybe the web panels should have it's separate zoom slider???
Zooming is important imo. -
CTRL+F4 stopped working, here: it has become a shortcut for File->Print... (CTRL+P).

windows 10 x64That is not probably Vivaldi fault, check your keyboard settings for "close tab" and "print".
