I suggest this because I had to copy (CTRL + C) and open the Notes when I could do that with a only option.

What about your 'best friend' right click? After selecting the text area, on the menu there is an option "Copy to Note", or Ctrl+Shit+C
There is the inverse: Insert Note.

This is the problem: those options is only I am using a normal tab, they don't appear when I use a webpanel.

            True.
I don't know your needs. That's the reason of my question: isn't be easier to use the bookmark instead of the web panel?

Not if I am checking a info quickly while I am seeing other thing on the browser.
For example, I created a webpanel for UFC news to check quickly some news the next event while I am browsering on other site, then I see an interesting text then I wanna highlight it and ask to copy to Notes.

Better than I do right click -> Open in... -> Highlight the text -> Copy to Notes...
