If you are really lazy to build a context menu from scratch, then I suggest an Extensions panel, just stuffed the default Extension manager into a webpanel with description removed, then it will be a decent solution.
I don't think it helps your case to insult the developers by calling them lazy. As you should know by now, there are some 1,900 feature requests, but only a small team of developers who have to focus on bug fixes and repairing code broken by Chromium updates before they can get around to adding/enhancing features.
Were you too lazy to search previous feature requests to find Enabe/Disable Extensions Directly from the Address Bar, or Move Extensions to a Panel, or did you just think that these previous requests do not quite cover what you want?
