Option for Tab Cycler with LMB + Scrollwheel
I don't like having to move my fingers to use the tab-cycler.
- Index finger is for LMB
- Middle-finger is for scroll-wheel
- Right-finger is for RMB

Enable Show Toolbar Shortcuts for Fullscreen
Currently, if you use shortcuts to show/hide address bar, status bar, bookmark bar, or panels in fullscreen mode they do nothing, but the effect is seen on exiting fullscreen. This is a bug (which I reported), but it would be better to show the toolbars (and Panels) in fullscreen mode.
