Yes, yes, a very good resource!!!
In fact, the old Opera browser implemented this in the version 8.0.... In 2005!!!!
I had no idea it was in 2005.
Thanks for the information, it's always good to know these things!
Obviously we hope to see this function in Vivaldi too!

Separating the additional option to set the order to opened an entirely new tab .
Add a new section in Settings --> Tabs:
“New Tab Page Position”:
@After Active Tab
@As Last TabThis will enable to decide where to open New Tab Page – end of bar (as last tab) or after active tab.
Option “After Active Tab” eliminate need for each time moved Tab Page from end of bar.
An addition of a new section in settings will also clear separation determining position of "New Tab" and "New Tab Page".
Currently in the Settings --> Tabs is the ability to define preferences of "New Tab Position".
However - no possibility determine position of “New Tab Page”. -
Compacted options in Speed Dial thumbnails
Something like this...

@julioc1984 what do you mean with key manager?
-
@dLeon Yes, we have. I'm suggesting to changе the action when the user left clicks on a screenshot thumbnail.
Let me explain why: Notes are placed on the side panel which means that generally, users will use them at the same time while browsing a website. In this case, I don't see any logic to open the screenshot in the already opened page. If the user left clicks to open a screenshot from notes, that does not mean that user doesn't need the opened page. -
@pafflick, very useful, indeed. I was going to block autoplay with js userscript in Tampermonkey, but I didn't even thought about such an obvious and logical resolition. Actually, it's really not a right way to block such things with third-party plugins.

Please add an option to allow @g_bartsch to up-vote his own posts as many times as he needs to make it look like lots of people voted for his feature requests.

Option to move status bar settings to side panel bar.
There is plenty of empty space on side bar and status bar, why not combine this two in one (as an option of course). For users who don't use status bar it will give much quicker access to additional options.
-
Add some smart mechanism to prevent doubling bookmarks or scan bookmarks to find doubled entries. (that would allow to find links to same page but different paragraph anchors)

More Drawing options
Add more, drawning options for mouse gestures. I think, not only horizontal and vertical lines, but also oblique, or circles, and etc.Sorry, but I think this is not a good idea because that will make hard to use vertical and horizontal gestures.
For example, currently, we can reload the page with the up+down gesture. If we draw it not so straight (even like vertically flipped V), it also will work. But if Vivaldi also has diagonal directions for gestures, users must make more effort to draw the gestures in right directions. -
Enable flag for save .mhtml files by default (hoping chromium won't drop that, but I don't think so)
-
@Pesala Something like "Menu Wizard" for Firefox would be great. To start something like Opera 12 where you edited the text files to change the order and hotkeys, etc. of context menus would be fine.
-
@ROTFL I can support this as long as we can have the choice if we want duplicate bookmarks. I intentionally have some duplicate bookmarks.
-
I can't individually clear search history on search bar,
and I can't individually clear typed address history on address bar.I want to keep my browse history at the same time.
-
@ozoratsubasa a password manager like opera 12 for example.

Extensions avaibable for web panels
Some extensions also make available for Web pages located on Web panel (block advertisements in YT videos for example).Like this?
Id also like to see gestures drawn over the side bar tabs affect the corresponding web panels page, instead of the main open tab -
@pafflick I'm very much in favour of this idea. It would be almost as good as - better than, perhaps, even, than what I would really like to see which is the option to disable the x button (à la ClipMate). (With the x button disabled there are still other ways of closing a program.) This would be really helpful for aged users like me who keep accidentally closing the program down on their
equallyproportionally aged and/or of necessity cheap and slow old and/or small computers, such as my 1.0GHz Asus netbook. (It takes me at least a minute to restart Vivaldi.) Sorry to go on, but I feel strongly about this as I am convinced it must actually be as easy as pie to achieve! -
@Anamon really, i agree with you
