I'm creating some thumbnails for the Speed Dial, sharing ...
-
@ThePineappleGuy You have to run a custom.css file for this. Explanations how to do this are in the Modifications thread.
And this is the code for the toolbar buttons:.button-toolbar.next { order: 1; } .button-toolbar.forward, .button-toolbar.home { order: 2; }
If you need further assistance post over on the modifications forum board.

Since I switched to Linux, I needed to get comfortable using a new image editor. Figured making a few custom Speed Dials would be easy enough practice.
Most of these sites aren't particularly popular, but I'll share anyways:

This is a side note, but is that Theme in the picture of the 1.10 announcement available anywhere?
-
@bradford9 I don't think so. It's a screenshot of the windows version, where you can set the desktop wallpaper to be your startpage background. Someone of the Vivaldi team made that image and set that background, hard to find out who.
-
@dLeon Nice! Looks very Apple-esque. I'm now using that as my Startpage background. Looks great with my SD thumbnails!

@dLeon No wonder it's inactive, how should users find the Discord channel? The link isn't easily available anywhere. As long as it doesn't get official support by Vivaldi by means of promoting it somewhere very visible, this won't change. The second issue is the need for sign up by email.
-
@dLeon The best place for promoting it would be the help section in the Vivaldi-menu (hard coded into the app), server hosted by Vivaldi and sign up handled by Vivaldi forums
-
@luetage well, it's a "fan server", and did almost no promotion at all because it's a rare situation to have a chat a browser. It's very specific, so it goes by word of mouth. Even having it mentioned by Vivaldi themselves (Twitter or whatnot) won't help much.
You don't need to sign up by mail to start chatting, but if you want to keep your username, yo have to. Discord has a really good UX, so it's not a big problem.
-
@NSANE Discord is alright, but you do have to sign up with email to chat, at least on your server.

I made a few more that people might want: http://imgur.com/a/tcEnm
