These are not the same messages. It's hard to guess from the first post what the problem actually is. That's why I asked you a question. I didn't assume anything - I was just trying to help. But you decided to be rude for no reason. Therefore, I won't be assisting you on this any further.
As for the Google Play store stopping working message, if it's a system warning, then I believe that's a question that you should ask the developers of that operating system.
And if you believe that there is a problem with the installer, you can report that issue to the developers - all you need is here: how to report a bug. That's it from me.
